Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of CVD-SYNC, a private desktop application for authorized YouTube live-streaming workflows.

1. Authorized use

CVD-SYNC may be used only with Google/YouTube accounts for which the user has valid authorization. The user is responsible for complying with Google, YouTube, and other applicable service terms.

2. User control

Actions performed through CVD-SYNC are initiated or configured by the authorized user. The user is responsible for reviewing account permissions and revoking access when the application is no longer in use.

3. Availability

CVD-SYNC depends on external services, including Google and YouTube APIs. Functionality may change or become unavailable when those services, APIs, permissions, or policies change.

4. No public distribution

CVD-SYNC is a private application and is not offered as a public software service or general-purpose download.
